Shipping Policies
  • Shipping/ Billing Address
For your own safety, if the shipping and the billing address differ you must fax (248) 546-
4247 or email (
donesiahair@lehosthair.com) a legible copy of your government issued photo
ID (driver's license, passport, etc) and a copy of the credit card used, shortly after placing
your order .

  • Signature Confirmation
For your protection all orders over $100 are shipped requiring signature confirmation.

  • Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your USPS
shipping confirmation number, so you can track your package. To track your shipment, click
on the USPS logo below and enter your tracking number in the appropriate field.




  • Shipping days/ Hours of operation:
Monday through Friday, except the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day,
Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, day before and after Thanksgiving Day,
Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve (i.e. all government observed holidays due
to the post office being closed).

  • Shipping Rates:

  • Ground Shipping (US Only)
    Ground Shipping will take 5-7 days to arrive at you doorstep. Shipping rates will be
    automatically calculated by the carrier.

  • Express 2nd Day Shipping ( US Only)
    Priority shipping will takes 2 business days to arrive at your door. Shipping rates will be
    automatically calculated by the carrier.

  • Express Next Day Shipping ( US Only)
    Express Next Day shipping will take 1 business day to arrive at your door, to most US
    areas. Shipping rates will be automatically calculated by the carrier. If item is out of
    stock, no worries it will be shipped express Next Day when it becomes available.  

  • International shipping
    International shipping is $65 to all other countries outside the US. We ship UPS
    International Global Express mail (5-10 days), with tracking number, and insurance.
    Delivery is Monday - Friday.

    ***New Policy*****
Due to Carrier's recent cost increases and changes with their polices, Carrier's will begin charging return
fees. That is, if you place an order from Le'Host The Hair Group, but do not accept the package or cancel
the package en-route, then Carrier's may charge additional fees to return the package back to us.
Subsequently, this fee will be charged to the customer's account.
