customers. In the event that the products are found defective or you are unsatisfied with the products,

Please note, for the interest of hygiene and customer protection, Donesia Luxury Hair will not refund or
exchange items that have been opened, altered and/or worn in anyway. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Therefore, we ask our customers to verify and double check your orders before submitting.
If you wish to send back the merchandise for an exchange by mail, please take the package to a local post
office or USPS office and return the package to the address shown. Customers are responsible for shipping
charges. Please call 1-248-546-4247 and our representative will guide you in making the exchange. Please
send a copy of the receipt when returning. If you don't' have your receipt, please write your name, phone
number, and address on a slip along with your account number.
To receive your exchanged item, we must receive your purchased merchandise first, before we can send out
the exchange.
Please remember packages may be delayed on such holidays New Year's Day, Martin Luther King, Jr.
Birthday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Holidays, and Christmas Day. Packages
may also be delayed because of adverse weather conditions.
If for some reason you did not receive exactly what you ordered, we will reship it at no charge. Please
return unaltered hair to receive this guarantee.
